May 6, 2024: MIDI Mutator v1.4 released

The biggest update brings new non-destructive rhythm and rest editing features, as well as melody generation was implemented. At the same time Melodya v1.5.2 was uploaded.

April 8, 2024: RapidComposer v5.2 released!

The v5.2 update features the new 'song view', non-destructive rhythm processing in the phrase inspector and MIDI Mutator, reworked MIDI Mutator with Melody tab, and many workflow, UI and stability improvements. The update is free for all v5 owners.

January 15, 2024: RapidComposer v5.1 features the new AI assistant!

The AI assistant (in both full and light editions) is able to provide suggestions for chord replacements, chord progressions, chord rules, phrases, and even song structure and tracks depending on the genre and/or mood you specified. The assistant uses OpenAI services (models like GPT-4) so an OpenAI API key is required for usage.

November 13, 2023: Melodya was updated to v1.5, MIDI Mutator was updated to v1.3!

October 16, 2023: RapidComposer v5 is available!

We are pleased to announce the release of RapidComposer v5.0. Over the past months, our team has been hard at work to enhance your music composition experience. Not just new features arrived (see list), but due to the internal rework the new version is simpler, faster, more flexible and more solid, than version 4 was. Existing RapidComposer users will find information about affordable upgrade options on this page.

August 22, 2023: RapidComposer v5.0 beta testing started!

We are excited to announce that the beta testing for the v5.0 major update has begun! The beta versions are available to all RapidComposer owners. A new beta topic was opened in our KVRAudio forum.

June 12, 2023: MIDI Mutator v1.2 released!

The MIDI Mutator update includes the new Markov model that is able to analyze the dropped MIDI file and create sequences of similar style. The update is free for all owners.

After months of development and beta testing, we are happy to announce the latest update.
